If you are considering offering Financial Spread Betting, CFDs, Futures or Forex trading to your clients, MF Global Markets offers a range of services which may be just what you are looking for. Our services range from simple introducing arrangements to complex omnibus accounts.
Types of Relationships
This is the simplest arrangement, and can cater to non regulated companies or individuals. You introduce prospect clients to us, who we contract with directly. A monthly rebate is paid to you based on the trading activity of the introduced client.
If you are a regulated broker and want to offer Financial Spread Betting, CFDs, Futures or Forex trading to your client base, this is the simplest method. Your clients will be contracting directly with MF Global Markets a division of MF Global UK Limited. However you will continue to handle the broking relationship (through a limited Power of Attorney).
This method also allows you to take advantage of our extensive white labelling solutions. You will be assigned your own personal web link enabling you to download client account opening paperwork, branded with your logo and corporate colours. Our Financial Spread Betting trading platforms Phoenix, our CFD, Futures and Forex trading platforms, as well as our software and reporting system eMIDAS can be white labelled.

As with an Introducing Broker, a Wholesale sub account client is also required to be regulated within its own jurisdiction by the relevant financial regulatory body. With a wholesale set-up we contract directly with you. For each client of yours that opens a CFD, Futures or Forex account, we create a sub-account, in your name. Each sub-account can be set to charge the commission and financing rates that you determine. MF Global Markets will rebate to you at the end of the month any commission and funding interest paid over the rates you agree with us. This set-up is beneficial as you retain client anonymity whilst also being able to use our leading risk management systems. We can also white label our trading platform, online reporting systems and daily account summaries, allowing you to offer back-office functionality to your clients.
As with an Introducing Broker, a Wholesale – Omnibus account client is also required to be regulated within its own jurisdiction by the relevant financial regulatory body. With a wholesale set-up we contract directly with you. If you are looking to maintain the greatest control this option will be best for you. You are given one account number, and you will allocate trades in your own back office systems to your various clients. Flexibility increases as you manage the risk and report to your clients in a way that best suits you. MF Global Markets can supply data in numerous formats to help you with this.
